Qwest® will offer Visa® Gift Cards to employees of approved
Advantage Companies who purchase long-distance services, wireless services
or DSL with MSN® Premium services. For purchasing state-to-state long-distance service, the customer will receive a $25 Visa Gift Card; for purchasing
wireless service, the customer will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card; and for
purchasing DSL with MSN Premium service, the customer will receive a $40
Visa Gift Card.
This is a special offer not available in any other channels and only for
approved Advantage Companies and their employees who purchase Qwest state-to-state
long-distance services, Qwest Wireless™ services or Qwest DSL with MSN Premium
services.
You must be a new subscriber to the service (long-distance, wireless or DSL)
and keep the service for 30 days to be eligible for the Visa Gift Card offer
from Qwest. Only one reward for each customer purchase, and a maximum of
two rewards during the lifetime of the program. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks
for delivery of gift card based on 30-day subscription of the product. If
Qwest deems that there is any fraudulent activity, you will be terminated
from the program offer. Qwest reserves the right to modify or terminate
